The more I think about, the 3 seed in the BTT is better for IU.  Playing the winner of 6 Maryland and likely 11 seeded Nebraska is basically a home game.  Playing Illinois in Chicago is at best neutral.

Congrats to Northwestern for finishing tied for 2nd in the conference.    They earned it with all their conference road wins.
