Crean, Miller, and Woodson brought in multiple players that were roughly Dakich's talent level (better, actually, but still bad) and that didn't really work out.

IU was always going to lose out on that recruitment.  Watch the Journey episode on him and he was always going to play at home. Willard had a layup and he didn’t mess it up
