Good idea, poor execution. That team looks turrble. They were lucky to get that W.

Nebrasketball is about to get the best early conference win. The Big Ten is a mess outside of MSU.

If u foul u have to foul before they cross half court not at the 3 pt line. Something is missing from that team

They look passionless and directionless at this point.

Minny will lose more Big Ten games because of their shot selection.

I didn't watch the game, but have been a little bit perplexed at all the love for Minnesota.  The game we played them last season towards the end of the year was maybe the worst performance by two Big Ten teams I could remember.

What I’m seeing from the BIG this year is that there is one clear team at the top (MSU), 2-3 teams that are clearly a step below (Pur, Mary, Minn) and everyone else is just a small notch below that group.

I’m confident we will pull off some wins against teams we shouldn’t this year, and possibly lose a “wtf” game or two to someone like Rutger or Nebraska. This is the most parity I can ever remember seeing in the BIG. The talent levels are all so close.

Idk this year Rutgers and Nebraska might not be WTF loses unless we lose to them at home

Yeah in another thread I saw 11 winnable games left I think the argument could be made we have 14 winnable games left.

MSU is the only complete and well coached team in the conference.

In an odd twist to their usual evil ways the NCAA granted Brunk an extra year of eligibility.

Granted due to family circumstances last season.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. We could lose to both of those teams at home. Not saying it will happen, but it is a possibility.

True but I don't think we have either at home. We could also beat Wiscy, Minny, Ill, O$U, Rutger, Iowa, and Nebrasketball on the road.

This year is wacky in the Big Ten. 12+ wins could happen for a middle of the road Big Ten team. Hell, if we could win half those road games and protect home court against all but the top of the Big Ten we could get to 10 wins.

Personally, I'm happy they ruled this way.  From all accounts Joey is a good kid and student.  I graduated H.S. with his dad, Joe.
