Isn't it amazing what you can do when you actually have a plan and a process to follow? As opposed to randomly tossing scholarships every which way and hoping you get enough talented kids to say yes...

after he got rid of some bad apples they started doing better. 2 and 3 years ago his process missed the tourney and people were calling for his job. Last year they got bounced in the same round as we did. I'm impressed with painter for recognizing certain players were problems and doing something about it. I
