I'm not thinking like a loser. I'm looking at the schedule and taking a realistic approach to the remaining games. I don't think we can piece together 3 wins with the remaining games.

I mean, after we lost to Nebraska on March 5th in Basketball last year didn't mean we were out of the Tourney picture. It was just harder (a significant run in the Big Ten Tourney). But, let's face it. Anyone who said we were going to be playing in anything better than the NIT at that point was insane.

Michigan and Purdue are potential wins. But, Michigan State? Ohio State? Those games will be extremely tough. Penn State and Rutgers are no slouches this season either. Any Given Saturday I guess.

Realistic would have been to say that it will be harder to make a bowl. You said there would be no bowl. If we believe there is no chance at all, then we cancel the rest of the season. You are right, MSU and OSU would be extremely tough wins, but lets not quit before we start.

I don't think we're allowed to cancel the rest of the season. Plus, some people would say it's worth playing for love of the game without a bowl.

But, I mean, you're right. There is a chance that we make a bowl. Just like there's a chance that if Jennifer Lawrence films a movie in the area she could come home for a night with my wife and I.

Would anyone be upset if we lucked into six wins and another program bought it and took Wilson?

Wilson said Zander Diamont isn't ready yet, they don't want to burn a redshirt until they know how long Nate Sudfeld will be out

Wilson added that if Sudfeld's timeline is long, they'll work in Diamont as a QB2 and likely play him at some point.

Convington honestly started to warm up a bit. Started gaining some confidence and had a few nice throws in the 4th. Let's see what he can do these next couple weeks.
