Week 17 and Andrew Luck is still injured.

 

Backup Matt Hasselbeck is injured.

 

3rd string Charlie Whitehurst is on IR.

 

Emergency qb Griff Whalen is on IR.

 

Today the Colts signed Josh Freeman and Ryan Lindley to go with Stephen Morris.  Who knows who will start Sunday.  Even when we find out, will it matter?

 

This season has been a disaster.  Murphy's Law took a dump on everything.  I'm ready for it to be over and focus on IU basketball exclusively.  Or am I?  Ugh.

Agreed. I really like Pagano, just not as a coach. I wish we could have kept Arians, but there's no way we cold have fired a cancer stricken coach. Time to blow it all up.

From what I'm reading, Pagano is 100% gone, but Grigson is going to stick around to help find a new coach. I've also heard Irsay is going to hire a new coach without Grigson's assistance. In my opinion this just demonstrates even more incompetence on their part.

Sounds to me like Grigson is basically gone to me. New coach will have a gm preference. Surely the new guy won't pick Grigson.

Unless they mess it up and let Grigson have a say in who the new coach is, which they'll probably do. It's kind of sad, really. I remember when I always had faith the Colts' organization would make the right moves.

I think you guys should think long and hard about giving up the 2nd rounder to get Sean Payton.  Lets be honest.  He fits too good with the personnel you guys have to not think about it.
