I read that A.J. Moye is living in bloomington now.  apparently suffered a stroke after a serious head on collision with another player in 2010... crazy.

Glad to hear he's living back in b-town with his young family.  Good dude.

Yeah it was a freak accident.  ITH had a good report on it a few years back.

Game faces----Classic.

Yeah, I mean that whole video package showed why people loved that man.  I am only 31 and I guarantee no big name kids would go into that environment today.  20 years ago?  They WANTED it.  The man was brilliant for his time, but I struggle to believe he could recruit in the modern NCAA with handlers.  Can you imagine him walking into a house and the kid ignores him, and Uncle Joe is the only one that would talk?  Lol, Knight would tell him to shut the hell up, he isn't recruiting him.  Its funny, because I bet a lot of the younger kids won't understand our infatuation of RMK from the 70s through the 90s.  If Crean were to give the same line about burying himself upside down so the critics could kiss his ass, he would get booed.  Knight?  It sounded like he just hit the game winning shot against Kentucky.

Edit:  God I am starting to feel old lol.

The Knight highlights brought back a hilarious segment he did on his weekly show. I couldn't find a good quality clip on you tube to show, but you can see it if your so inclined. This happened in 1981 before the national championship. There was an alleged sucker punch given to Isaiah Thomas at Mackey and Purdue's AD made comments that Knight disagreed with so he invites the AD on his show. Of course, Purdue's AD declines the invitation so Knight brings on a substitute guest. It was a donkey named "Jack" with a Purdue hat on its head. Got to love the rivalry.

Still one of my favorites.[/quote]

Cody punked Leonard that whole game. One of the rare occasions he seemed to play mad.
