Today We Are All Mustangs

Recommended Posts

Hoosier Nation does not have much to root for this March. However, we have schadenfreude and the duty to help set the basketball world down the path of truth, justice and the American way.

Tonight at 6:40 ET the Cal Poly Mustangs tip off against the Texas Southern Tigers. No one needs to be told who coaches Texas Southern. Do we want to see his team lasting more than one game in the NCAA Tournament? Hell no.

Let's all band together and root on the mighty Mustangs. Pomeroy has our Mustangs favored by 3, but the support of Hoosier Nation can only help them in their battle against evil tonight. If you don't want to watch the game, say a prayer to the Basketball Gods at least. Do it for the children so that they may grow up in a world where the college basketball landscape is as it should be.

Same. It doesn't matter to me either way.

Don't care if Davis wins or loses. A lot of people have compared Crean to Davis as far as records and what not. What they fail to mention is that Davis' replacement was Sampson, not Crean. Crean was hired out of necessity after Sampson cheated. The comparison is unfair and to be honest hilarious. One coaches at a BIG school and one coaches at a school that can't even be consisdered a mid major. If Mike Davis is so good, why isn't he coaching at UAB anymore> Why couldn't he land a halfway decent job?
