Official Indiana vs Syracuse Game Thread

Recommended Posts

It all depends on how the refs call the game.

I for sure agree with you to some extent, i think saying that makes it seem as if the refs are syracuse's side. I think if you put yourself in a position to lose and the refs make a few bad calls thats your fault for even getting into a situation where its up to the refs to save you. I think IU really needs to play some hard nosed D, as well as finding open looks down low for NV

I will be late to the party probably.  I am hoping I don't get off at 8pm...  I will be pissed, because I will be playing catch up on DVR instead of on here.  If I get off at 7 it won't be too bad.  I will be about 15 min behind.  Damn work and greed!!!

Didn't say or infer anything about the refs being on Cuse's side. It's more about how they let the game progress, as in playing physical or calling touch fouls, on both teams.  I feel we have a better chance if they call touch fouls, as long as we can control ourselves and keep from getting tick tack fouls ourselves.

It could be worse, I'm scheduled to work until almost midnight tonight.  It's not unusual for evenings to be slow though, and the supervisor that will be there has sent me home early a couple times because of it being slow.  If I'm lucky I might just miss half to 3/4 of the game (I don't have DVR), but I imagine I'll miss the all of it.

They really need to learn that some things have a higher priority.

Does anyone think we will have an approved zone offense, or look a lot like last year?

I think it's improved in some aspects. They might be able to get it inside some this year. I don't think I'm ready to give it the Hwy 1 seal of approval though.

Noah has to get more touches tonight, Troy and Will need to be extremely active with cuts and rebounding. More Noah, less Yogi shooting. Hollowell can't suck tonight.
