Normally agree with Bilas, but he is desperately trying to defend Coach K against the perception that his advantage is unfair.

IMO, fair would be that no active NCAA coach can coach USA basketball. Being selected as the USA basketball coach isn't a "may the best coach win" scenario which would also be fair. These men were selected, and deservedly so, but that still makes it unfair since all other coaches since it's a subjective decision by USA basketball.
