As to like the current state of things? Wilkes has always gone about his recruitment in a silent way, but I do know that he has a good relationship with Crean, so I think it's pretty inaccurate if someone is adamant he won't go to IU. 

I do think UCLA is actually in it. Washington could be a wildcard, simply because he goes back w the Porter family and they could throw a monster class together. I think his Dad will see past a one year thing. Xavier is trying. Got some new offers from Oregon/TCU which suggests the vibe is he is wide open and willing to go away from home. 

Honest opinion, maybe he goes west but I see him staying in the midwest somewhere. Like I said earlier, the recruitment has been pretty hush hush but he is a family oriented guy. I do know that.

I'm ok losing Scruggs because we are deep at Guard but we can't be out of the Wilkes this early.

One reassuring thing when he changed his pick on Scruggs everybody jumped ship. Same thing happened with Brown last year. This didn't happen with Wilkes.
