With the Raiders on a 4 game losing streak, Mendoza might be added to the players on here.  Their schedule in the next 4 games is a bit rough.  "might Kubiak wait until after the November gauntlet -- 6-1 49ers, 4-3 Seahawks, 5-2 Broncos and 5-2 Browns -- before tossing the rookie into the fire?

And those 4 teams would be brutal for a rookie first time starter to go against.  I think Kubiak said later in the day that Cousins will be the starter this Sunday, but Fernando will get his turn sometime this year.  I have a feeling you are right about the bye week.
