I've seen clearer TV watching the Cinemax channel we didn't pay for back in the 80's.

I want to give the benefit of the doubt, but the absurdity of this streaming is impressive. 

I've been bouncing between soccer and some medal ceremony for women powerlifters I think. 

FISU really went out of their way to have a completely disorganized stream. You'd have to try to make it this bad.
