I watched this game last night and I am still wondering how we won that game. LSU had everything going for them. Dean Garrett went on lock down in the 2nd half. None of those LSU players went on to anything in the NBA. Lebowski 1 Quote

Good teams figure out a way to win games like this. Knight went off on the scorers table. lol That was a fun year to watch IUBB. Quote
OliviaPope40 Posted January 31, 2025 Posted January 31, 2025 I know it's an IU game thread but I'm submitting a non IU classic game. Quote

Great atmosphere—obviously the whole town was for Butler but so were the other two schools fans, most notably a couple WVU good ol boys who were giving the Duke fans hell. That last shot was about an inch away from being the greatest shot ever. Quote

I saw a video not too long ago that did like some physics equations on the shot and all this other math stuff really good. str8baller 1 Quote
steubenhoosier Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 Not a good ending for the Hoosiers but the game v pUKe where Mo Creek went for 31 points was a highlight in a bad season. Gave fans some hope that brighter days were ahead. Such a tragedy that he got injured and never reached his potential Scotty R and Muskie plays the four 2 Quote

HoosierCoop Posted February 10, 2025 Author Posted February 10, 2025 I sound like a broken record...man I miss this team. The heart alone was enough to will a B1G championship. Freakin' Shockers that year. This was about the only full game '15-'16 I could find. theriverpilot 1 Quote

OG, Juwan, Zeisloft, Biefeldt, Hartmann. Troy could be a wreck at times but his athleticism was off the chart. Then of course Yogi and Bryant. It was great watching them beat UK in the tourney that year. Quote

There was a ton of identity on this team. UK win was awesome! I watched while on spring break in Florida. Walked to a local sports bar that was pro-UK. I relished every single minute of that game. theriverpilot and ALASKA HOOSIER 2 Quote
