UCLA postgame:

“I’ll never put it on the player. I’ll take the responsibility,” Woodson said. “Even though I don’t make the shots or miss the defensive assignments, it’s still my job to get them over the hump.”

I'll be so happy when Woodson is gone.

Ill never put it on a player.. .but I am going to put it on the players.

Watching that last tv huddle with everyone yelling at each other in mass chaos, tells us everything we need to know. When the coach talks... you don't. He doesn't demand respect from the players.

You are in a long line with all of us!  He just doesn’t get it and I really think in his warped mind he doesn’t think he says stupid crap!

He actually is telling the truth for once!  He doesn’t have an answer because he doesn’t know what he is doing, which is why he fired Fife and alienated Matta and surrounded himself with yes men, so nobody finds out how stupid he really is, but us fans knew!  He’s not smarter than a 2nd grader!

Coach Woodson not expected to be on last shows ‘Inside Indiana Men’s Basketball’ of season with the Fish.  Maybe, assistant to fill in.
Why is this clown skipping all his media? Just do your damn job!!

Because he's an @$$. He's pissed that he didn't get his way (year 5), and he's stomping his feet and throwing a tantrum. I guarantee that the only reason he does the post game pressers is that the B1G requires it.

He hasn't done most of the duties of a coach for 4 years (recruiting, developing players, teaching, adapting, etc)... so why not ignore the rest of it?

It actually shows us who he really is... but many of us have known it all along.

I hear what you're saying but how awkward would it be for Fisch trying to have a conversation with him under the circumstances and if he had any pre-game media sessions, those could get equally awkward.  Might be best for all concerned to just keep him away from a microphone as much as possible.  We know the true story behind his "retirement".

The amazing part is that he can say those things with a straight face...

He tries to demand it from everyone else - the administration, the fans, etc... he's just an epic fool... and good riddance to bad rubbish...

Mike Woodson, take your 45 year old legacy (if there's a shred somewhere that you haven't completely trashed) and just go.

No he’s not!  He’s one of the most despicable human beings I’ve seen!  I’m sure there are some that would disagree!  To me, what he did to Fife, they should have fired him then, a very very childish, thin skinned, egotistical man

Each day we say more and more what a bad person he is. I hope he never ever returns to a game.

Lol comical.

Times have been tough for Indiana, but when a head coach can't provide an answer for his team's struggles, it raises some eyebrows. The good news for the Hoosiers is that they have over a week to figure it out, with their next game not being until next weekend.

Woodson knows his time at the helm of the Indiana program is coming to an end. The fourth-year head coach will look to go out with a positive memory, but as of late, that seems increasingly unlikely.
