Pylon cams at the first down marker and goal lines turn that into a 15 second review. Replay isn’t going anywhere so they might as well make it as efficient as possible.

I get that replay isn’t going anywhere, but what is the need to always move the ball to an extra yard line on plays not close to a first down?  At best, they are rounding up or down a half yard.
