On the plus side, IU's defense has really stepped up this season.  And I typed this as Louisville just ran for a touchdown.

I just hate, hate our offense.  I hate that Walt Bell's playbook is, like, one sentence.  And I hate that Tom Allen just acts like a dumb oaf when we goof.

It’s almost like the offense is going to try to draw you offsides and if it doesn’t work it may be an audible to draw up the middle.

I can see this kind of offense every Friday night at a local high school. Walt Bell is…exactly what I feared he was. 
 

Jackson’s balls sail high, and he makes the wrong decision on the option 9 out of 10 times.

Henderson has been our best asset so far today as far as weaponry.  Which means Louisville is going to cover him without much challenge as the game goes forward.

Mr. "I coached at Ben Davis High School" is at the helm.

... look, a lot of football coaches tend to get their starts at the high school level, I know... but they don't mentally STAY at the high school level!

Yep, 2 of the completions were in spite of high passes as were several misses.
At least we are getting a little separation which we rarely saw last year.

Our wide receivers are actually getting enough time to go out and get set for plays, instead of the quarterback having to hurry for his life, which is nice.  But having a quarterback that is accurate would be even better.
