IUFootballHappyHappyJoyJoy Posted September 16, 2023 Author Posted September 16, 2023 On the plus side, IU's defense has really stepped up this season. And I typed this as Louisville just ran for a touchdown. I just hate, hate our offense. I hate that Walt Bell's playbook is, like, one sentence. And I hate that Tom Allen just acts like a dumb oaf when we goof. Quote
cbp4iu Posted September 16, 2023 Posted September 16, 2023 It’s almost like the offense is going to try to draw you offsides and if it doesn’t work it may be an audible to draw up the middle. Quote
maharkn Posted September 16, 2023 Posted September 16, 2023 Shut down the best wr in week one and just letting this dude run around down field Sent from my Pixel 6a using Tapatalk Quote
maharkn Posted September 16, 2023 Posted September 16, 2023 Louisville seems to have a OC that knows how to use their speed. Would be nice if indiana didSent from my Pixel 6a using Tapatalk Quote

Hoosierfan1901 Posted September 16, 2023 Posted September 16, 2023 Henderson one hand catch and a first down I love that Quote

monskisprodigy Posted September 16, 2023 Posted September 16, 2023 I can see this kind of offense every Friday night at a local high school. Walt Bell is…exactly what I feared he was. Jackson’s balls sail high, and he makes the wrong decision on the option 9 out of 10 times. colonel06 1 Quote
IUFootballHappyHappyJoyJoy Posted September 16, 2023 Author Posted September 16, 2023 Henderson has been our best asset so far today as far as weaponry. Which means Louisville is going to cover him without much challenge as the game goes forward. Quote
Loaded Chicken Sandwich Posted September 16, 2023 Posted September 16, 2023 Walt Bell is literally the worst OC in college football. IUFootballHappyHappyJoyJoy 1 Quote

Mr. "I coached at Ben Davis High School" is at the helm. ... look, a lot of football coaches tend to get their starts at the high school level, I know... but they don't mentally STAY at the high school level! At least we are getting a little separation which we rarely saw last year. Quote

Our wide receivers are actually getting enough time to go out and get set for plays, instead of the quarterback having to hurry for his life, which is nice. But having a quarterback that is accurate would be even better. Quote

IUFootballHappyHappyJoyJoy Posted September 16, 2023 Author Posted September 16, 2023 Indiana's failure to stop on third downs has always been a problem. Quote
