If Banks is so bad that he can’t get some PT in a game like this…. He’s a freshman, ok.. I’ve seen many freshman tear IU up in the last 10 years in AH.

He played well in limited minutes and he gets forgotten when Race comes back. As a true frosh he offers us so much more.

Won 8/9, 5 of those came at home, 2/3 on the road we didn't play well but thankfully our opponents were either terrible (Minny) or just bad enough (Michigan) that we got the Ws.

Two players made more than a single FG (?) against Michigan with one having almost half our TOs. TJD dominated and we played just enough defense.

The 6 (?) players for a really bad Minny team gave us all we could handle for much of that game before we stole it late.

Team meeting during half to play hard!

True. Race’s loss of mobility/verticality kills IU.
edit: to no fault of his own - pre-injury he was just different. No Ill toward Race

One was class a and one was class b. I don't know what that means but maybe that's why the question? And let's be honest that was the moment the tent was folded up on this one.

Rabjohns tweeted that a Class a is 2 and a class b is only one and doesn’t count toward team fouls. At that point we only had 5 fouls, the next play NW got a one and one.

Teams aren’t afraid of Indiana anymore. The name alone isn’t going to scare them. Don’t understand why we don’t play a full court more often or a zone. NU is fast and we don’t have the players to keep the ball in front of them. The offense needs help as well. Everyone knows we want TJD to score. When they double/triple team him though we don’t have an answer. JHS can only help so much. Meanwhile Kopp looks lost, Tamar is Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde when it comes to home games vs road games. Geronimo has athletic ability but still struggles with fundamentals. Galloway looked like he improved his game but tonight looks scared to shoot. Race. Well he just needs to hang it up. Even when he has a good game I don’t think he could start for another D1 school.

I’d be worried about Gunn against this NW defense tonight, but you’d think Banks has to be able to provide some of that dirty work like he did against Purdue. I 100% do not need to see any more of Tamar tonight.

Just think NWs pressure dictated more of athleticism in the post with JG, Race (if healthy) and Banks more than a Reneau. JG is a foul magnet but TJD is going to get doubled on the catch so that opposite post needs to be an option quickly - but all probably moot now barring a push early. But Tamar has been putrid tonight for whatever reason

Play defense...that's it. Play defense. Best defensive half of the season and water will find it's level offensively

Let's not leave them WIDE OPEN like Buie was on that last possession. I don't think we should test that water finding it's level like that.

Haha agreed, and want water to find its level offensively for the HOOSIERS. The offense was TRASH first half.
