OK, let's review ...

We have a QB who announced that he's transferring. So naturally, we started him against one of the B1G's upper-echelon teams. And in said game, he suffered a season-ending injury.

You can't make this stuff up!

This is so IU football ...

The most IU football thing I’ve seen in a while. Just pure insanity.

Tuttle has played major time in, what, 4 games? Penn State x2, Ole Miss, and Wisconsin. Destroyed a shoulder in 3 of the 4 because the most likable guy on the team has an OL that apparently hates him.

Down bad. That might be an embarrassment embarrassing enough for Scott to Do The Thing.

If this doesn't work?

Next season:

Indiana University believes that the September 23, 2023 Indiana/Akron football game is one of the greatest B1G/MAC rivalries ever to exist on September 23, 2023.

The proud Hoosiers, led by NOT LAME DUCK Coach Tom Allen, want to see all of the students and faculty at this special event, and therefore we are offering the following incentives for attendance:

  1. Any student who attends will receive special dispensation from the required "Dealing with Adversity" course graduation requirement and will also be given a 50% off coupon for a dozen wings at Buffalouie's.
  2. Any faculty who attend will be given an in-seat foot rub, a 5% "paying the cost" salary enhancement, and will be invited to the previously football staff invitation-only taco buffet at the Golden Corral.

50% off at Buffalouies??
I think by next year we will have to offer the students unlimited free beers at the game and make it clear that fake ID’s will gladly be accepted.

This, after finding himself involved in a sexual assault case last year. Doesn’t seem like he puts himself in the best situations off the field (or on it; he’s a horrific punt returner).

Uhhh… buh-bye
