basically means the walk-on type players will be on scholarship.  Maybe take a few more project players with attributes but yeah, 13 is already too many.

I'm pretty sure that walk-ons will be a thing of the past in the near future. For all sports. This stems from a recent court case they lost.

Yeah I'm not seeing PU as being #1 without Edey, that strikes me as a lazy assessment at best.

Michigan won’t finish 9th. That roster is too good for that.  Penn State way down at 16 is wild as they kicked our butt last year. Returning pieces and a good coach. B1G should be really good this year from a depth perspective. Lacking at the top end though per usual.

I can see top 3 because Painter will do Painter things. They will no doubt be a pest.
