I have read fan message boards for Texas Tech that are sure McCasland will stay at Texas Tech OR leave for the Texas job and I have heard comments on podcasts from Matt Norlander, Gary Parrish and Pat Forde that say they would be shocked if Grant McCasland took a job outside of the state. Perhaps "all accounts" is too strong but I have not seen, heard or read anything that would indicate he is at all a candidate for the IU job.

Is it?  I mean, I posted on this board last night that I have compelling evidence that Rick and Richard Pitino are coming here, and it got maybe 1 or 2 responses.  Nobody even asked me what the evidence is.  But I say “Stevens” in a post, who you say has zero percent chance of coming here, and you’re right here to comment.  And prove my point.

That being said - everyone can be 'bought' just not every persons price tag is driven by monetary compensation. If SD truly knows BS (as some have suggested) he may have known exactly what those triggers are.

I'm not suggesting BS will be our coach but I am suggesting that possibility isn't 0%.  

The Brad Stevens conversation with Dolson is really short, simple and sweet.  "Hey Brad, if you haven't heard, we have a spot opening up.  Any interest?"  At this point, Scott knows if Stevens is in or out.  We know his possible timeline is before the NCAA tourney heats up.  Interestingly, while it is quite early, we have had no substantiated reports of agent contact with any other coach -- just a bunch of this is who they may target.  Might be a little early for that though.  We are just in a recruiting dead period.

I was trying to get student section named based on the potential coaches but no one had any suggestions.

Like Cronin's Corner or the BS student section.  I know these suck but I was trying.
