Strange situation.  I wander how the team and coaches will welcome him back.

Probably with open arms.  I have to think no bridges were burned and Lewis was more than happy to have a big man back that will make an immediate impact.

Yeah, it's an easy to understand scenario.  Sparks is a great kid.  He was trying to live out his dreams.

Had a down year after two pretty good ones at New Mexico.  Can create his own shot but not sure of fit at IU.

Watched him all last year (Mashburn jr). Kid can create. His mid-range game is elite. His 3 point is decent after his injury, was exceptional. I would like him playing for IU.

One of the things Pearl talks about is not burning bridges with recruits, as he has taken several in as transfers that initially went somewhere else.  Same would go for players in my book.

100%. Sparks always said his dream was to play at Indiana. He played here, scored points in Assembly Hall and fulfilled his dream. Now got back to ball state, finish our tour career getting quality minutes. Happy for you big fella.

Have I missed anything on Cromwell from ISU? Followed by Walsh on X

If nothing else, probably reading some tea leaves.  Would seem very likely that Conwell transfers after a big year at Indiana State and the coach leaving.

Interesting one --

Igor Milicic, Charlotte.  6'10" F/C with a nice outside touch.  German player.  Was at Virginia as a freshman where he played sparingly.  Played last two seasons at Charlotte.  Last year averaged 12.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.1 blocks.  Shot 49/38/82 and is a bulk three point shooter -- 60% of his shots in his career are from three.  Last season made 56 of 149 three point attempts.
