13.At this point Armaan Franklin is pretty easily the most improved player on the team and it isn't close. He could even be in talks for MVP of the team if he keeps it going and has a few more big games. He's also been Archie's best case by far of player development. But just looking at his progression from last year to this season.

Freshman: 3.7 ppg, 1.6 rpg, 1.3 apg, 0.3 spg, 0.1 bpg, 0.9 to, 1.3 fouls, 34.8% FG, 45.8% 2FG, 26.6% 3FG, 61.5% FT, 13.8 mpg, 32 games, 9 starts

Per 40: 10.8 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 3.7 apg, 0.7 spg, 0.3 bpg, 2.7 to, 3.9 fouls

Sophomore: 13.8 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 2.1 apg, 1.5 spg, 0.4 bpg, 2.6 to, 2.2 fouls, 49.5% FG, 50.9% 2FG, 47.6% 3FG, 74.1% FT, 31.1 mpg, 10 games/starts

Coming in I thought he had a legit shot of being all big ten good. Tremendous growth he put in over the offseason. Hoping that a couple of the freshmen can make good jumps next season. Whoever Franklin worked with during the off-season is who Leal and Lander need to work with this off-season.

He has put in the work to get better. That said, I think his upside is somewhat limited. Dont see his becoming a great B1G guard but I like to have two of him in the backcourt.

Good read. Thanks for posting. 

Reading this just makes me all the more disappointed that he got hurt. That set him back and probably will continue to hamper him for the rest of the season. Really happy to see all the strides he's made, however.
