Got a source? I'm trying and failing to find confirmation online. I've been to Westfield the last two years, it'll be neat if that falls during an evaluation period again.

Looks like college coaches will be allowed back for the Westfield event. It will be an open evaluation period unlike last year year where they were not allowed to attend. Makes the event better for the fan when the coaches are there. Most are very approachable during down time. I’ve had some good conversations with some coaches but only a few that wanted no part of a conversation

Based on their Twitter "Committed" posts, the Nike Indy Heat 17Us look to be loaded with talent!  I'm always interested in seeing how the talent gels into a team.  I don't think I missed anyone but may have.

  1. Caleb Furst
  2. Kalen Etzler
  3. Jeremy Sochan
  4. Khristian Lander
  5. Blake Sisley
  6. Luke Goode
  7. Isaiah Swope
  8. Blake Wesley
  9. Julian Roper

Sources: Several universities are leaning towards not allowing coaches to go on the road for Spring recruiting at conclusion of their respective college basketball seasons.

Will there even be an AAU season?  If all keeps going as it is now, I'd think not.

Rothstein:  Sources: Nike has cancelled both spring live recruiting periods for men's basketball. EYBL Session 1 (Indianapolis, April 17-19) and Session 2 (Atlanta, April 24-26).

If this is true, Adidas and Under Armour won't be far behind.

Additionally the NCAA sent out a notice to athletic departments that the Recruiting Dead Period will remain in effect until at least April 15th.
