Keep getting redirected to a spam site

Which browser are you using?  Not that I can help, but the more info you provide upfront the easier and quicker the resolution might be.

I had some success yesterday changing from the btown banners main theme to the public theme (at the bottom of the site). Even then, the site still bogs on any browser(Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge/Explorer).

This happens on my phone's Chrome browser quite a bit at times. Just started doing it again. There are times when the site is completely inaccessible for me.

Same issue on iPhone- safari browser. Amazon click bait makes almost unusable.

I haven't had that problem for a while but it happened to me pretty consistently for a bit.

Yep, same problems again over last two weeks, google survey, or Apple user or Comcast user $1000 winner.  This is the only site and incredibly frustrating.   Can’t  get through more than a couple posts before the pop ups happen.

Amazon or Youtube here. Btw...did they ever get an app for android for this site? I keep having to use desktop and that sucks when you are using your phone to access. I keep checking Google play store and can't find anything. It has been guite a while since there was supposed to be pne out there.

This happens to me all the time, very frustrating. I'm on Android, Chrome browser. It only happens when I use data, never when I'm on WiFi.

So this is one of a number of issues that I have seen be reported that get no communication on attempts to fix. 

Its getting to be a real chore for some to post on this site and it doesn’t appear to be an issue....

Honestly if it weren’t for the insiders on this site being the most reliable I doubt I would still be visiting.

I agree. There seems to be disinterest on the part of the owners. The app is no longer available on the google site.

Yep, anytime I don't have WiFi, I just don't visit btownbanners.  I can't open a single thread without getting redirected and my phone starts saying "Congratulations" to me.

I’ll reach out to 41. I believe I’m the only mod(if not I apologize) that passes these issues along to him(and he always replies right back) but I’ve been almost completely mia recently going back and forth to back/spine specialist trying to see if I can avoid surgery so my apologies on that. 41 just had another baby so his time has been extremely limited, but I’ll get with him and try to get it sorted out.

I’ll take a look at everything today and update the site. Unfortunately the redirects are something almost impossible to catch and fix. Hopefully the next update will solve these issues!

I’m not getting redirected but having a hell of a time getting the site to load on desktop. Mobile seems to be fine for some reason.
