Man I like this guy a lot. He has a sales pitch down without even trying to sell. He seems so genuine and truthful, going to be huge for not only recruits but their parents.

For those of you who aren't watching the stream, FG just said that the only two things he'll say about the search process are that 

1. Archie was on the short list from the beginning
2. Archie was the only one who was offered the job (i.e; screw you Dak and Alford)

He did seem very reserved during the press conference. Probably some nerves kicking in.

It's really easy to see why UD people were so sad to see him go. This was such a different press conference than anything I've seen. There was no playing to emotion or trying to hard. Just here I am, this is what we are going to do and this is how we are going to do it.

UD was streaming it live as well on FB.  That was surprising to me.
