Yeah but we need to have a concrete sure fire plan in place before we remove Crean. You need to be able to go to players, Crean needs to be able to go to the players, and tell them this man is taking over. You need to believe in him now cuz I do. Otherwise we lose everyone. And every chance at any recruit we might potentially land in the next few years.

All due respect to any players' friends and family members that read the board, some of these players can go and be sure to not let the door hit them in the backside on the way out. Some of these players would already be gone if Branch or Bobby were still coaching.

If any players want to be about themselves and partying more than they want to be about Indiana basketball and the team, they can go. By all means, they can go. They are not wanted. Their attitude is not what led to the banners and its an attitude that will never lead to hanging more banners.

My problem with that, is what is the solution then? Sounds like we're keeping the coach, yet we only dole out a 4 game suspension to a guy like Stan that has a wrap sheet of incidents.

If Crean's staying, then don't the punishments at least have to be heavier? Something has to change, right?

Just because we don't have commits doesn't mean that we don't have recruits. Groundwork is laid for years and years.

Though, it would be kind of fitting for all three Gordons to play for different coaches.
