    After Game 1 the guy said he didn’t sub an obviously completely gassed Harden late because “He was 1 of our best defenders.” Actually said that. So, maybe he just doesn’t understand which end they play “defense” on.

    The Knicks shoot 56% from the floor in game three. Atkinson attributes it to “the Knicks outperforming analytical expectations.” I attribute it to “shitty defense.”

    I gather Mercer got an extension in 2022 that is set to expire in 2026 (maybe in June?). Don’t remember him getting another extension later. I think aMercer was officially hired in early July (probably after that year’s College World Series). Miss State hired Lemonis in late June iirc.

    I know there’s an a lot of anti-New York City bias in the world (not really sure why) but for me, when the Knicks and OG Anunoby beat Floppy McFlopperson and Oklahoma City in the finals I’m gonna be one really happy guy.

    I know she was coming off an injury last season, so all things considered -- she did pretty well. Still, she was great at stretches and disappeared at other times. Hoping a full offseason being healthy will help contribute to a big 2026-27!

    Ok, 90% of folks know this from Aerosmith’s really strong version. 9.5% know it from the bada$$ version by The Yardbirds. I love theirs, but I’d always thought that was the original. No, it’s this thing. This wicked little rockabilly raver by this dude. Awesome. And you know a song is legit great when you have 3 wildly different renderings and they all kick a$$. .
