If you’re Brad Stevens being the president of the Celtics isn’t any fun anymore. You’ve assembled a great team but have to start worrying about contracts soon. Winning a championship at IU is a new challenge. All aboard the Brad train.

The fact that Indiana is on the verge of a 3rd NCAA tournament in the last 4 years and Dolson is STILL going to make a change at HC tells me all I need to know in trusting that his expectations align with the majority of the fan base. That alone makes me confident he will make a big splash hire. Just making the tournament isn't good enough.

To summarize the race right now Brad 1A Drew1B then some others. We have at least 3 weeks to go.

Absolutely embarrassing kind of stuff from a top tier NBA franchise. All this after blowing a big lead to Cleveland . clearly new ownership will need to have some tough conversations, probably a total restructure of the front office needed . Starting with the President/ GM I’m sure he will Land of his feet in the world of basketball ;)

Call me crazy about being a Brad believer, but man, I would highly assume that with the friendship Dolson and Brad assumingely have, wouldn’t he have said no already or not leave Scott hanging unless he was seriously considering it. We’re going to get a really good coach no matter what. Huge improvement from Woodson so let’s not panic and enjoy the process. Especially on a Friday night :-)

I know exactly what's gonna come out of the IU athletic department at 3 p.m. tomorrow: Even if we do "have our man," there's about a 0% chance any announcement comes until after the season -- whether it ends in the first round of the B1G tournament in Indy or at the Final Four in San Antonio. LOL.

Sure as heck won’t be tomorrow. Probably 3 weeks away and the Woodson is going to fumble his way into the tournament.

We are Hoosiers fans, all of us. We understand your pessimistic opinion because of the last 25 years of this program. We are all conditioned to the let downs and disappointment. However, I am one of those you mentioned who believe we are going to get a good coach. The landscape has changed in basketball and this job has never looked more appealing than it is right now. That's why I have hope and I believe there certainly isn't a reason to work yourself up before any announcement have been made. That being said, if we come out on the other side with Darrin Horn or Andy Enfield, I will join you in disappointment. P.S. I think BS is very much in play.

I listen to things people tell me all day. I have not been told anything different from my sources but they haven’t said much in the last two weeks. But other people are telling me that we are progressing with someone else. I don’t know if I’m the smoke screen or they are. With a three weeks to go I just don’t know.

I think those are normal expectations at a place like IU.
