KingPG21 Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 Another week, another loss, another step closer to Chuck being fired. Also, who else wasn't the last bit surprised to see Green take the worst angle possible on the touchdown run. If there is a decision to make on the field, you can be sure he will make the wrong one Str8Hoosiers and Josh 2 Quote
ThompsonHoosier Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 Tough loss for an Eagles team that was looking like a serious contender. Nate Sudfeld is an injury away from possibly starting. Str8Hoosiers and ALASKA HOOSIER 2 Quote
TheWatShot Posted December 12, 2017 Posted December 12, 2017 The NFL is more closely resembling WWE every week. Tom Brady throws 10 feet over a receiver's head and gets bailed out by not one, but TWO penalties. The refs did everything in their power to bring New England back tonight, but luckily time ran out first. Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 All this time in Europe and Luck still may need to have a second surgery on his shoulder after all. ESPN’s Chris Mortensen, citing multiple sources, was the first to report the development, and noted that Luck’s throwing in the near future will determine whether he needs corrective surgery in January to repair his biceps tendon. If Luck experiences pain as he ramps up his throwing regimen – exactly what happened back in October when he practiced with the Colts for consecutive weeks – the second surgery could be required. According to Mortensen, that operation would require a three-to-six month rehabilitation and wouldn’t threaten Luck’s 2018 season. TheWatShot Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 I'm glad replays weren't micromanaged back when the NFL was still real football. Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison probably would have had a couple dozen fewer touchdowns. Then again, they wouldn't have been playing the league's pet team every week. Quote
KingPG21 Posted December 25, 2017 Posted December 25, 2017 People criticize the NBA for tailoring calls towards their stars. NFL is just as bad, never seen a league try to help one team as much as they try to help the Pats HoosierAloha and IUBBFan1970 2 Quote
