Sad tragic accident. No family should ever have to go through something like this. :(

I could only imagine what he's going through or what's running through his head right now

Wow. Aaron Hernandez won his trial against double murder, was about to appeal his case for the other murder, and then he committed suicide this morning. Definitely feel for his little girl, her life will never be the same.

Good for Hernandez. What a despicable human being. At least our tax dollars no longer have to fund this mans life. I just wish every person truly guilty of Murder, Sex Abuse/Crimes against children or child abuse (the kind of abuse that is clearly over the line, I.e. broken bones, physical harm, repeated offenders, not accidents etc.) would all just off themselves so we can stop wasting tax dollars for these idiots to live a better life than millions of homeless people and vets in our country. Now back to your regularly scheduled program.

Why do it now though of all times? I don't understand the timing.

I am guessing seeing his daughter crying in that courtroom wanting him. That was rough.

I truly think he had something mentally wrong. I don't think it's as simple as what a lot of people say that he was just a bad guy. I hope they study his brain because I have to believe there is a lot of brain damage.

(Side note: Fwiw I don't think he killed Odin Lloyd, I think he knew it was happening or tried to cover it up but I don't believe for a second he was the one that actually done it.)

I like a good conspiracy theory so that could be where this is coming from, but I honestly have doubts that he killed himself, or at least that he killed himself on his own volition.

He just beat a double murder charge. There was a chance that he could have gotten a new trial for his first conviction and then been aquitted. Why kill yourself at this point? Seeing his daughter could've pushed him over the edge for sure, but why do it before you've exhausted all your chances at getting out? He sat in a jail cell for over three years. Why end it when there was finally light at the end of the tunnel? It doesn't add up to me.

I agree, honestly I think he would've been acquitted in a new trial. There was reasonable doubt in the first trial and the prosecution never proved he actually murdered lloyd. Like I said earlier I dont think he personally killed Odin Lloyd, he may have covered it up or wanted him dead no one truly knows but I dont think he actually did it.(he would still be in jail either way so no I'm not saying I think he was completely innocent, he was where he deserved to be) We truly never know what someone is thinking, but I've always thought suicide is a cowards way out. Something just isnt sitting right with me on this and I have doubt he actually hung himself. His lawyer is already pushing for an investigation.

Reminds me of De'Angelo Barksdale.

Yep, I can be a conspiracy theorist myself and this story stokes that fire.

Doesn't add up in timing. Oh well though, I also don't feel sorry for AH either regardless of the COD.

I'm right there with you Fleek, I dont feel sorry for him at all but something just seems off about it.

I do feel horrible for his little girl though, hopefully she finds peace with everything and doesnt let her dads decisions effect the rest of her life.

I agree. I think the media's portrayal of him as this cold-blooded killer took a big hit when he was acquitted of the other two murders last week. The prosecution would've had a much harder time proving their case this time around imo, and I think Hernandez would've won.

The timing of it all is super suspicious to me. The life sentence he got in 2015 wasn't enough to make him kill himself. He sat in prison for two years knowing he wasn't ever getting out. Now they're wanting to say he decided to kill himself a few days after finally getting good news? I'm not buying it. Had he lost the case last week I would understand him killing himself after seeing his daughter and realizing he'd never have a real relationship with her. But he won, and it looked like he had a good shot at getting out of jail one day. I think that if he really did commit suicide there's a strong possibility someone didn't want him getting out of prison and threatened to hurt his daughter if he didn't kill himself.
