It's a good system no doubt. It's the system not the QB that's special.

Matt Cassell went 11-4 in that system. He sucked outside of it. Jacoby Brissett won there. Jimmy Garroppolo.

The people who give Brady all the success in that organization don't understand football imo.

FIRE HIM! This is embarrassing

I hate New England with a passion, but I've kind of just made peace with them winning and accepted things for what they are. The Colts had a nice rivalry with them for a few years before bad drafting caught up with us and we blew up what made our team great. They continued to win while we messed around with stupid management and traded first round picks for Trent Richardson. Maybe someday, we'll get back to being in the Super Bowl discussion. I guess we should consider ourselves lucky that we had a HOF of our own for a long time and managed to win a few big games against the best QB/coach ever in this sport. Maybe someday we can get back to that.

Of course he doesn't deserve all the credit but to act like he's just another system quarterback is beyond ridiculous. People hate Brady out of jealousy.

Brady has never been great without Billy B.

Hes certainly not a bad QB but put Peyton Manning, John Elway or Dan Marino on the Patriots these 16 years and they probably have more than 5 Super Bowls.

If Brady had played with receivers as good as the ones Manning played with he probably would've had more success as well. Is Manning only great because he played with hall of fame receivers? Brady almost threw for as many yards tonight as Manning threw all of last postseason. Were Joe Montana and Steve Young only great because they played with Jerry Rice? You can say "he was only good because of this or that" about anyone.

Brady has had the best career of any QB, and I can respect that for what it is. However to me if you just watch Brady and Manning play that position you can tell one(manning) is far more talented at that position then the other.

Manning made his WRs look really good and never had a WR as good as Moss.

And frankly a defense and quality special teams is more important than WRs for winning a super bowl.

Brady only had Randy Moss for two seasons, and that was at the tail end of his career. He threw for 4800 yards, 50 touchdowns and nearly went 19-0 his first year with him. Imagine if he had had high quality receivers his entire career.

The Patriots are probably the best organization in the history of sports and Brady's obviously benefitted from that. Would he have been as good if he and Manning had switched places? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe Manning would've won 10 straight Super Bowls in New England and maybe Brady would've won zero. Maybe Brady would've been even better in Indy. There's no way to ever know. All we have to judge him by is what he's done in his career, and that's win more Super Bowls and NFL games than any other quarterback in history.

I think that's fair. Brady has the better resume but Manning probably had more skill. I didn't like the Colts growing up (mainly because everyone at school loved them and I liked rooting against them) but there's no denying his greatness. I was just trying to argue that Brady's success isn't only the result of being a 'system quarterback'.

Best organization in the history of sports..? Sorry, they've cheated and were caught with a coverup. I don't think that qualifies you for "greatest sports organization in history." Just my preference, I don't like my programs to cheat or whine. Two things I can't stand.

Great system. But yet these others are small samples. Players still got make the plays somewhat don't they? Lol

We can disagree, but don't be that guy who dismisses others due to perceived jealousy. That's what all Kentucky basketball fans say to dismiss others. Don't be Kentucky. It's not jealousy.

But that system has a lot to do with it. That system is built to win regardless of who the QB is. Don't get me wrong I agree that Brady has had the best career ever but he is in no way shape or form the best QB ever. There are quite a few QB's I'd take over Brady talent wise.
