Colts fans, if Mixon is there in the 2nd would you be mad if we took him?

Not really a Colts fan, but I wouldn't be mad if my favorite team took him. He served his punishment and deserves a second chance.

Mixon is who I'm hoping we take in the 2nd round if hes there if not I want to grab D'Onta Foreman in the 3rd.

I agree, imo the gap between Fournette and Mixon isn't that big. Not huge on Foreman tho. Kamara is another guy I like.

I agree. Fournette is a stud but I dont think Mixon is far behind.

Foreman is a lot better than people realize. He's from the area I live in down in Texas and the guy has a huge chip on his shoulder. He's a guy that everyone overlooked, down to only getting offered a scholarship at multiple places because they wanted his twin brother, and ever since he's played like a man wanting to hurt every person he runs in to. On top of the recent tragedy in his life(he and his GF lost their infant child in the middle of this last season) I hope he has a long successful career and I think he will end up being a very very good starting RB.

Alvin Kamara in the 2nd round is what I would do. Posted in the draft thread that he seems to be just on the same level as all the top guys but honestly I think he will be better than all of them unless Fournette stays completely healthy. He will be a steal for whoever grabs him.

See, I haven't been a huge fan of his from the start. He put up solid numbers for someone that didn't get the touches, but much like Trubisky you don't know what he will be in a lead role. Not sure how he is on the same level as the top tier. Mixon or Pumphry after the 1st if I am going RB.

Hard pass on Pumphrey. Has already had a massive workload in college and he's only 5'9 170. Not a starting RB imo.

I liken him to a McCaffery. He can catch the ball out of the backfield. He can return kicks. 15-20 touches a game I think he could be good.

If that happens the 49ers Front Office will be dancing in the streets

Unless that starts a run on QB's and Garrett falls to the Bears, in which case Hova will be dancing in the streets.

Ian Rappaport was on Pardon My Take today and said he guessed the Browns would take Garrett then trade up with their other 1st rounder to get Trubisky around 6.

See but I don't know if they take him. There is only 2 QB's in top 10. I bet we have another Wentz and Goff moment if Trubisky goes 1st. I could see them trading out of 2 for a premium. Like when Leonard Williams slipped to 6 when he was guaranteed top 2. There is no way the Browns can do that. Is there?

Yeah I expect that to happen if Trubisky went 1. Schefter was on TV when he said it. But he was very clear that he expected Trubisky at 1, but wouldn't be surprised with Garrett either. He said he keeps hearing from people he trusts that Trubisky is the pick. If that happens I might mess myself.

I expect Hue Jackson to get smart before taking him. At least I hope. Hue is one of the great minds in the game. As a Raider fan he wasn't ready when he was with us but I knew he would be well respected eventually. Bad news is the Browns are so desperate for a solid QB that they may overreact and take Mitchell.
