Colts / NFL Game Thread

This is gonna rival the 89 fiasco when the colts had a win and in scenario. The Saints boat raced them 41-6.

Edit: this will be worse, the saints weren’t near as bad as the jags

Sorry Colts fans, but I desperately want to see the scenario where the Colts lose and the Chargers and Raiders take knees for 70 straight minutes on SNF so they both make the playoffs. Would be incredible content.

Hope Al Michaels didn't take the over

Carson Wentz is GARBAGE

It’s really pretty amazing. The most I had watched of the Colts this year came on Hard Knocks, but a friend took me along to the game last week and holy cow he is bad. I know he hadn’t practiced for a week, but still. That missed throw to TY late in the game (not to mention the ridiculous fluke TD to him) was unforgivable.

Would also need a Pittsburgh loss and Miami win.

I'm all for putting Reich in the hot seat, but Vince Lombardi wouldn't be successful with this quarterback.  Must win game and Wentz has 2 interceptions and a fumble in 3 quarters

This is the guy Reich wanted. He defends him no matter what. He’s completely tied to him.

Chargers and Raiders just taking a knee and punting it back and forth for 60 mins would be historic.

I’d watch every second of it. Collinsworth would “here’s a guy” until he short circuits and Michaels would openly have his steak and red wine in the booth. And everyone just kind of waits for who’s going to break the agreement and throw a bomb in the 4th quarter. It’s like those olympic bike races where the leader goes super slow and paces the field until someone takes off.

Absolutely.  Reich should be on the hot seat for timing himself to Wentz and for the inconsistencies this season.  But woof Wentz is killing us.

Dump him, pay his salary and start fresh with a new qn next year.

If they both took knees the whole game, Gruden would still find a way to lose it.

Chargers are in with a win or tie. Raiders are in with a Colts loss + win/tie.

I believe regardless of what they do, the Radiers are in with losses by the Colts and Steelers. And right now, both those teams are losing.
