They caught another break when the schedule was reduced to 8 games. With a 9 game schedule, their crossovers would have been us, Rutgers and a road game at Michigan. Each team dropped a crossover game with the decision to only play 8 games. Go figure, the game they dodged was Michigan on the road. Ours was a home game with Illinois. 

 

If they get there without even having to play Wisconsin, or by beating whatever corpse Wisconsin starts at QB, I just hope the vast majority view it as the fluke that it is. 

I don't think it'll matter because O$U will hang half a hundred on them, in the first half.

Michigan has no 2 minute offense. They need 2 scores and are only getting 5 yards a play, not even trying any deep routes.

I'm not an offensive coordinator, but I would think if you were down 2 scores with 2 minutes left, you'd probably want to try and gain more than 4 yards per play.

What will happen first, OSU passes Michigan for all-time wins or Michigan reaches 1,000 wins? UM currently at 963 and OSU 925.

Michigan will get to 1,000 first. Even in the Hoke/Rich Rod era they averaged 6-7 wins a year. So bad case, they'll get to 1K in 2025 and O$U won't play enough games to match it.
