I ain't too sure that Utah shouldn't be in the CFP.  Playing dang good ball right now.

Agreed that they are playing hot right now.  I’m not sure a top 4 playoff, but they are definitely making a case for playoff expansion IMO.

Eh the Pac 12 is awful like it always is. Outisde of them and Oregon there isn't a good team in that conference. And their resume is horrible. They have 3 losses already, which should automatically disqualify them.

Reily probably will resuurect USC since they never actually play anyone every year.

1. Georgia- Unless they lose today, the obvious lock as #1 and to win it all.

2. Michigan- They stay here with a win unless Alabama wins. Which they'd just move to 3 probably.

3. Alabama- A loss I'd assume puts them on the outside depending on others winning. But I wouldn't be surprised if Bama made it with 2 losses. The committee will use Sabans experience and coaching ability as a reason.

4. Cincy- 1 win away from a Group 5 team finally making it. Hopefully they don't crap the bed.

5. Oklahoma State- A win for them and a Bama loss should see them in at probably #3 and playing Michigan.

6. Notre Dame- A Bama loss along with either of Cincy or Oklahoma State would see them in to get whooped again.

Oklahoma fans really salty about Reily leaving. He had nothing to do with their QBs successes.

I mean he did. And you're just freaking out about going 6-6 next year in the SEC. but sure. I guess if Williams gets enough endorsement money he might be able to will them to an extra win or 2

They are, but no reason to put in a two loss team. That's just a slippery slope to go down.

Letting ND in is a slippery slope. They're too scared to play in an actual conference. They're too scared to play teams in general. And they're terrified of playing on the road. But they get rewarded all the time

Legit, I'd much rather Bama just stay in the top 4 if they lose close today. Or just bump Baylor above ND.

If Bama does continue like this, you gotta swap their ranking with Georiga. It would be such crap to have them have to play each other in the next game. Beating the same team twice in one year is tough enough. Doing it back to back is ridiculous.

I’m so tired of Notre Dame getting into the playoff. They get destroyed basically every time they play a great team. “This year is different!”their fans say every year, but it never is. Their best win this year is who, 8-4 Wisconsin? They dont have to play a conference championship game. All the other teams in the hunt have to go out and play a 13th game while they get to sit at home and chill. Doesn’t sit right with me.

After the season they had and they way this system is set up, I realize it'd probably be too punitive to bump Georgia.

But it just bugs me they knew they didn't have to win today. And it seems as if they're playing like it.

Of course bumping them probably would open a spot for Notre Dame -- which wouldn't be any better.

Their schedule definitely isn't what it usually is but they are also normally playing a really tough schedule compared to a lot of other teams. They have to play a certain number of ACC teams I believe and outside of that, they always play USC and Stanford, who are normally decent at the very least. They also played Purdue, Wisconsin and Cincy this year. Even for a team to not have a conference, outside of their ACC games they were playing Purdue, Wisconsin, Cincy, USC and Stanford instead of Miss Valley State and Marian.

I get so tired of their weak schedule every year. They run away from good programs and use "tradutuion" and "rivalries" as excuses. When is the last time Standford didn't suck. How about Navy, Purdue? USC? They can't even play true road games most of the time. I wish they'd just be treated as a glorified group of 5 school at thus point. Cincinnati goi so much crap this year for their conference. But at least they tried to schedule teams OOC. And that included going on the road.

Or the SEC stepped in and said Alabama wins so we get two in the playoffs
