Man…I wish either the PSU or Oregon game were in Bloomington. Environment looked insane last night

Getting both of those on the road is a tough break.

We have an extra week to prepare for Oregon.  Kick their … and get on with the program!  First things first though.

I think they have a bye week the same week sadly but gotta have faith in this staff to have something dialed up for them

Yeah really frustrating that our so called real conference opponents these two years of Cig have all been on the road.

I agree but next year we get OSU and USC at home and PSU/UM the following year.

Absolutely nothing to do with college football.  This took place in a high school JV game in Kalamazoo, MI.  Incredible to believe it actually happened.

Yeah, I don't care if the kid is a big time recruit or not, he would not be playing for me again after that.  That is totally uncalled for.

As we know most of the ACC is a joke. UNC isn’t playing Miami or Florida State and their upcoming conference games are:

Clemson, Cal, Virginia, Syracuse, Stanford, Wake Forest, Duke, NC State.

Plenty of losses for UNC but we would easily run the table on that schedule.

Result of the ridiculous "conferences" we now have. There was such a rush to accumulate as many schools as possible (because of course, more is always better), no one gave any thought to the practicalities,  like "does this make any sense at all?" Even if all 12 games were in conference, you can't have a balanced schedule. So what is the answer?

Purdue Football has now gone two straight games without forcing a single punt.

Illinois is going to be out for blood next week. Might make it 3 games.

Looking at their schedule not certain Purdue gets another win this year. Rutgers is there chance.

I hope I’m wrong but PU doesn’t look as hapless as they have the past two years. I’m guessing there will be a “everything went right” game they will win.
Needless to say that better not happen (it won’t) against us.

Ryan Browne is probably good enough to get them 1-2 more wins. He was a Jeff Brohm recruit, and Brohm was excited about landing him. It helps that he's 22 years old and somehow only a sophomore.

FPI is a flawed metric, but it has Purdue at ~3.5 wins with a 45% chance of victory at Northwestern and 36% against Rutger so basically two coin flip games coming up.
