There is a poster on the Vandy board who actually made that comparison. I think he was being a little tongue-in-cheek about it, but it was still humorous.

I have seen a couple of posts from them that guarantee a top 10 preseason ranking if they get Romeo. That fan base is dumb as hell.

Not very bright are they. Kentucky starts 5 top 30 players and is 8-7 in conference. So yeah...

Drewfus's ceiling is the other Drewfus. (The roof!)

If they land Romeo they may start as a preseason top 25 team. Doubtful but the "experts" love to put puke up there with a new set of freshmen. I can't see them staying there for long though. Drewfus will rah-rah and clap them into a slide.

Just saying...pulling the worst and most delusional off of ANY message board should not be reflective of the general mood of the fanbase.

There is currently a whole 'nother thread on that board that discusses how and why their big guys suck. One or two posters express glee at next year's arrival of a JuCo kid who is averaging about five rebounds a game in JuCo, and another says Shittu, who is a stretch four with a torn ACL, will fix things. Most however, say their bigs suck.

I tell ya - if we get Romeo, Juwan and Justin's emergence + Shittu's torn ACL will be primary reasons why.

Yep that gold is a dead give away it's anchors down. Dad's red tie is like a last ditch iu effort but I think dad is being outvoted by the rest. To many anchors in the family.
