If the recruit has signed an LOI I don’t see why a coach couldn’t be there. Plus, if he is there, you know they asked the NCAA first to make sure it’s ok.

If he has signed a LOI coaches could be there if not then if it’s a dead or quiet period a coach couldn’t be there. Since yogi announced after a game its was probably during a recruiting period which is why Crean was able to be there. I doubt CAM or staff would want to be there and take away from his moment
