If you take Hoosier Guy comments as truths IU would have all 5 star recruits that want to stay 4 years and Billy Donovan as our coach.  He pumps so much sunshine you can't belief any of it.  I'm not trying to make fun of Hoosier Guy, but there is no way that I take any of his post seriously.

Snow agrees with you. He just had a big write up about it and says it won’t be major factor that Tim and Romeo will do what’s best for Romeo. Said Kansas did tremendous job on visit. Also said IU has as good as shot as anybody.

So the rumors of an awful visit are also untrue. Kansas will be his choice if winning a national title is what he wants.

BTW, we're not the only fan base that's a tad schizophrenic. I don't troll on anybody's fan boards, I just see headlines on yahoo or msn.com and read the stories -- that usually take me to a fan board -- because they're interesting and funny. In the past two days, I've seen one story saying Jon Gruden indicated if he returned to coaching, there were 2-3 jobs in which he'd have interest -- the University of Tennessee gig was one. Another said Gruden has made it known he has absolutely no interest in the Vols job. So there you go ... many fan bases are as nuts as we are. 

I'll leave you with this quote from Bob Wiley: "Roses are red. Violets are blue. I'm a schizophrenic, and so am I."

I've heard nothing but good things about Romeo to IU. However, I'm a little cautious with Garland choosing Vandy.

KU - a stellar roster that will win the Big 12 and compete for a national title.. or lose in the first round

Vandy - a chance to play with Garland for a good coach. Excellent school to start his degree.

IU - home state school that will add to his brand. He'll have a great staff and trainers to prepare him for the NBA.

I would love to see him play for IU and help fast track the culture.

If IU can land Romeo, it’s a very good first class. I would love a commitment soon. I would definitely love him committed before that Bloomington South game on November 25. Of course, I’m not believing any rumors ever again. I’ll believe he commits soon when I see it

IU isn't the only school that this person has tweeted about so I could be accurate which wouldn't surprise me if he is. I know a lot of people jumped off the cliff yesterday but Romeo can do so much more for his legacy by going to Indiana than he can going to Kansas or Vandy.

Believe me, I would be ecstatic. Romeo has always been the more important recruit. And I’m not gonna lie. I kinda like it that the scholarship numbers would be right at 13. I can’t stand that oversign crap

Romeo has the chance to solidify himself as an Indiana basketball legend just below Damon Bailey in terms of high school and college careers. That won't happen if he leaves the state to play in college and I think Romeo knows this.
