James Blackmon Jr to undergo Surgery *Out for Season?

Dang, I was hoping he would have a few weeks off for a meniscus aggravation and then come back in Feb with fresh legs under him.

I do NOT want this to turn into a Maurice Creek story. That stuff is hard to stomach as a fan let alome what the young man is thinking.

Vijay tore his ACL and they've been comparing it to that, so ACL I'm assuming but who knows.

Regardless of type of injury--it sounds like he is lost for the season. Sad.

If the recovery stretches to 9 months this injury affects next year as well with missed offseason stuff.
