is a turnover on downs, an official TO?

Wickopedia has this as an answer;

Turnovers on downs are not counted in a team's turnover total, which tallies turnovers occurring during a play (such as fumble recoveries or interceptions).

I am really happy for this bunch of guys. They played hard all season, and endured some collapses and some bad luck. In the end, they did what they needed to do, retained their grip on The Bucket, and now they're going bowling.

I continue to enjoy watching Sudfeld play - the kid can compete and just won't quit.

Betting we get to continue watching him play next year too. Makes the NFL more interesting when you can flip on a game and have a pretty good chance of watching a IU player making plays on Sunday.

I think it'll be a while before we see Nate in the NFL. His best chance is to get drafted and sit behind a Vet. I doubt we see him play anything more than a preseason game for a few years.

That may be true. However, you never know what's going to happen in a game, so there's always that chance.
