It's not silly.  Expecting somebody to be somebody that they aren't because you're lumping him in with people that he isn't....is silly.  You were given a great example.  It can happen.  How much of OG do you watch?

I love IU hoops!!! Even the offseason. The thought of adding 6'7"-6'8" OG, 6'8-6'9" Juwan, and 6'9"-6'10" Bryant to this roster is unreal.

Looking forward to seeing OG in live action and what Juwan can offer as a Fresh. The thought of a new and improved DD. The 3 point shooting of Yogi, Z, JBJ, and Rob. Troy dunking on everyone!!!!

yep. That's the beauty of the offseason.

I've had a month to forget all the coaching blunders I watched all year.

Restore hope and try again next year.

But now I'm depressed again because I'm thinking of coaching instead of our incredible roster.

My posting increases during the OffSeason because i'm stressed out during the regular season and I can't stand to read all of the negativity.  I actually really enjoy posting and reading on this board during the OffSeason, and that's not meant to be a cheap shot at all.

I would say OG because I don't think Troy is coming back. I haven't been impressed with Troy's on court decisions and he made bad choices off the court. I don't think he is NBA ready, but I suspect the first person that tells him he is will influence him into taking the next step.

 

I know little about OG. If he can defend and has some athletic ability, he could step in and take over Troy's role.  Hartman can play the 3, but not the way the "Good" Troy could.
