My Spring Break is officially under way. While many migrate to PCB to acquire herpes and alcohol poisoning, I will travel to my recliner and allow my mid-March hibernation to begin. You'd think if there was any title I didn't have to correct it would be one from 41. But, here we are.

The Illinois loss hurts them, but I can't decide if it helps us assuming we win tonight. A win will separate us from any comparison with Illinois. I saw we were both listed in the first 4 out. Removing them off the list is good, but we have to win.

 

I didn't see the Northwestern game. I am going to believe we will come out and play well enough to win. If not, we get what we deserve.  I don't count out a win over Maryland either. If we get to a 3rd match-up with MSU, can we beat them? IDK, it is hard to beat a team 3 times, but our Big 10 tournament history tells me not to get too excited past Maryland let alone MSU.

 

Two wins and we are in. One win and we need to have no major upsets, and a forgiving selection committee.  I predict we do well enough to make the NCAA and Crean comes back for another year.  Kind of a good news, bad news thing.
