I'll add if Indiana can get by NW, I like our chances of at least looking good and passing the eye test vs Maryland. I see a new rivalry forming between the two teams. Especially while Yogi is here...

I think Nebraska and Minnesota win today. I wouldn't put it past Minnesota to upset O$U. Nebraska though, goodness. What a bad year. If Pettaway goes pro, they are in trouble. If Pettaway stays they could have a big rebound year next year.

I'd rather see PSU beat Nebraska though. They played really hard all year. I like Newbill.

I enjoy watching Pettaway but he kind of plays the role of their savior/problem. He puts up ALOT of shots,  but is not efficient at all. Last year he had a lot of shots fall but I think teams have kind of figured him out this year. He helps Nebraska out a lot but is the downfall of the team as well a lot of the time

Agree with this, he might actually be the problem more than the solution.  If he plays within the team concept he could be really good but too often he takes a contested jumper.  Definitely a volume scorer.

I was at the evening session of the tourney last year after we lost to Illinois. I could've easily counted every person in the arena. It was well under 1,000.

It also looks like they let everyone move into the lower bowl, unlike Banker's Life.

I'm not trying to bash the kid.  He has a ton of talent and I'm usually harder on those kids than ones with lesser talent.  Pettaway has no idea about good shot selection, he's selfish, and from the games I've seen is a poor leader.  The handful of games I've seen his team, more often than not, get down on themselves as the game goes along.  Contributing to this is his 3-4 teammates on the floor only being there to defend, rebound, and get him the ball on offense.

At last night's ACC games, the upper deck of Greensboro Coliseum was tarped off. I haven't watched any of the game yet, I wonder if the United Center has done that too. Would definitely make Penn St feel at home.

It isn't tarped off, but there is no one in the upper section. I don't think anyone is even in the middle level.
