Magnanimous

Indiana won't be Indiana until it wants to be Indiana

GoColts is the girls coach at Park Tudor; never have come across someone with self importance like that guy... The Crean critics here are 100x more reasonable. His fantasy that Stevens is coming here on a white horse is like actual reality for him. Pretty funny.

As far as Syracuse goes, I find it interesting so many just assume the team wasn't prepared to play the game. Considering that is the job of the coaching staff, I have to assume they didn't just decide to blow that off after a couple wins... Maybe the did. I don't know. Seems unlikely! Seems more likely IU didn't follow the game plan? You really think how IU played is what the staff "drew up?" Gonna have to help me out there.

The type of help u need requires u to pay $200 an hour.

That Syracuse team screwd us twice that year. The first was when they blew a 20 second half lead to Louisville in big east championship game if Louisville loses that game (gotta love what ifs) we play r sweet 16 game in indy. Syracuse got hot at the right time, if u don't remember look what that defense did to the Marquette team in elite 8

The end of GoColts was when someone started calling him a fat couch commando that never played ball in his life and he proceeded to say he was like 220 lbs and 5'10 and to meet him and find out how soft he is, lawlz

Well, he was an IU football player in the late '80's early 90's.

I know that people who get loud on the internet are usually a little more chill when you're in their face, live.

Ok, so if they didn't follow the game plan, who is that on?  The coach is responsible for controlling his team and directing them.  If they didn't listen to him, that's a problem with the coach.  Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they didn't practice that whole time leading up to the game, but whatever they did in practice didn't work and that is on the coach.  The coach prepared them incorrectly which is the same thing as being ill-prepared.

Everything is on the coach. Everything. But he isn't an explanation for why the game went the way that it went. My point is the preparation could be exactly what it needed to be and still result in a blowout loss. It is not linear. If only it were that simple.

I truly don't disagree with many of the complaints but there isn't always a scapegoat or an explanation; it's actually pretty damn complicated.

it could be very complicated, it could also be very simple and you could be wrong. Has that crossed your mind? Why do you have to be right?

Yea, but if the B1G champion doesn't have its usual flame out in the BTT maybe we play ourselves into Indy. Unfortunately we werent peaking at the right time and Louisville was.

Show me where I have ever stated I am right. I have stated over and over that I have concerns as well.

Gets kind of old reading the same points over and over, huh?

My point is losing rarely is due to the coach; a coach can definitely lose a game, but why is everyone so sure that game was on Crean? Our zone offense was horrible. I get that; but that isn't necessarily on the coach so not sure why it's an automatic around here?

. That's why I said gotta love what ifs. Unfortunately we ran into a team in the BTT that we have had trouble beating (12 straight at that point?). 2 of that teams 7 losses was to wisky
