Does anybody know if he is truly injured or just in the doghouse-----I agree we need him getting major PT---ASAP!

I was just looking at ESPN and was reminded of Holt's recruiting score. They gave him a "40" out of 100. Wow, they sure were wrong on this kid. I'm glad they were! He has such potential.

It's really an indictment of the AAU system. Holt had a crappy score because he went to public high school and played there. It's seen as playing with weaker competition so you don't get ranked as highly because you're expected to be good.

I don't buy your argument. Two names to consider, James Blackmon and Trey Lyles.

Eh. Maybe. Depends on the state too. Name me a single top-100 player for 2015 who goes to a NY public high school. I can only think of 1 if you include 2014 too. Isiah Whitehead

I don't understand how a kid that doesn't get into the AAU circuit gets recognized at all. it is all pretty shady, isn't it. I just found out about this basketball subculture a couple of years ago. i had no idea it existed

When he came into the program, they said that the doctors had said that it looks like he hadn't stopped growing so I'm guessing he gets to be around 6'8" or 6"9"

That would be really sweet!!!  Now can we bulk about 30-40 lbs on Max and make him Center?  :)  Wouldn't that be choice?

His shooting will be too valuable for that in a year or two. Emmitt and his wingspan are most likely a lot bigger than Max
