Indiana vs New Orleans Game Thread

Recommended Posts

There should be a boycott of this online Big Ten service by all IU fans. If nobody pays to watch these games, they will stop doing it.

I'll be doing my part.  No way in hades will I pay (a second time) to watch a game or two "streamed".  BTN is a mediocre network at best. (unless you're a UM or OSU football fan).

Sorry fellas, I'm crossing that picket line.  They're going to get my money for tonight's game.  It's IU basketball!!  Of course I'm going to do what I need to do to watch

I understand that we all want to watch them play, but if people keep paying for this crap, chances are they do it more and more every year

Chronic Hoosier usually posts a link to a live stream prior to every game.
Also, for those in Btown, Yogi's and KOK will both be playing the games. I'd assume Bdubs, Buffa's, and many more will too.

Yeah, I'm not paying $15 bucks to watch the game...not because of the amount but because I don't like to get hosed! At the same time, I couldn't listen to the game online last time either...all the stations that carried the game according to IU's website were blacked out. Any fool proof Fischer links out there?

You can pay to watch all sports of just one school for $10 on btn2go or you can get the tunein app and listen using http://tunein.com/radio/Indiana-Hoosiers-g2197/ . I've used it before to listen but not sure if it still works. Hope that helps.

I'm pretty sure that the $10 charge on btn2go excludes men's basketball and football. I found that out the hard way one time. Unless they've changed it?

If the Tune-in app doesn't work. This radio station in evansville has a "listen-live" button on the top right of their website.. they usually play the IU games here..  http://www.weoa985fm.com/

Also, here is a list of the radio stations that are part of the IU Radio Network.  Most of these should be playing the games live tonight.

Thanks scohutch! I'll check out the eville link. Yeah, I checked the stations listed on IU's website for the Butler game, but they were either playing something else or had the game blacked out. I had to listen to Butler's broadcast on 1070 the fan.

I've only ever got the $10 package and it included both basketball and football. I don't know if they've changed it recently but it's always worked for me.

OTOH, ignore & decide it's irrelevant and your team never shows up again. Ratings are a double edged sword
