Remember that in college basketball, a win is a win. All teams - with the exception of a few mighty teams each year - are forced to grind out games against the lowliest of opponents

Get ready for next year. As I said though I wish IU fans would quit trolling the Purdue board. It’s funnier when they turn on each other.

He was struggling pretty good going to the locker room. If he wasn’t hurt that kid deserves an Oscar. Just got here at halftime so no clue what I missed before. Have they been letting them go this physical all game? Scares me if so means a lot of free throws in our game.

Yeah they’ve let them play. Both teams have some gritty hustle kids that play hard. Nothing too serious.

Did certainly look like an ACL injury. But there is still doubt about it.

His audible scream of frustration is probably pretty telling though that it is of the serious variety.

Anyone for Notre Dame pretend to get poked in the eye this time? That call last year infuriated me more than any call the entire season.

 

Not a factor today since we're on the same court, but the two teams I hate following in a doubleheader the most are Purdue and Michigan State. Purdue, because they continue to foul even when a game is done, and MSU because Izzo makes it a priority to use all of his timeouts.

Just from what I have seen since I got here, the building is quiet as hell. Not a normal year in that respect. From halftime on you could hear a pin drop. Even the PU fans in the hall weren’t talking trash. Just had the look of shock tbh.
