I always had very high hopes for the kid, but it just didn't come through. 

I bet, just like has happened to me dozens of times, later in life there is some sudden switch that flips in his mind and it all make sense then. Suddenly there is a clear vision of what is in front of you. It's amazing when it happens, but then one has to ask... WTF didn't this flip when I actually needed it.

MSU was doing way too much celebration antics after big plays for a team that barely escaped BGSU at home.

Torvik has a feature that I didn't know they had -- a "WAB", or wins above bubble rating.  Compares a teams number of wins to the minimum they project needed to make the tournament.  

Through three games, IU is at +0.40.
